Whole House Remodel and Addition The Project: This homeowner had her eye on this house since she was a child and when she and her husband finally had an opportunity to purchase it, they decided that would transform and update it into a light filled refuge and hopefully the last home they would ever need or want. Special Note: Although the home sits atop a hill overlooking Mt. Hood, light was a major consideration when planning the additions and remodel of this project. The owners did not need additional bedrooms so they concentrated on the critical use and comfort areas of the home. Main Floor • Addition for new “expanded” Kitchen with access to; • New Laundry / Pantry combination and door to; • New third bay Garage • Remodel of existing and addition to Master Bath with • Ofuro Room for soaking tub and adjoining Water Closet • Remodel existing second Bath and complete update of all finished and floor coverings in the home • Rebuilt and expanded exterior wrap around Deck Basement • Addition for new “Workout Room” below Kitchen addition • Remodel existing basement Bath.
