Whole House Remodel and Addition The Project: The homeowner purchased the home primarily for the lot which abuts a greenway and backs up to a school yard. Much of the structure of the main floor and basement was retained however the roof and main floor walls were removed as was the garage. Special Note: Light and access to the rear yard and deck was a priority for this family of three active boys, mom and dad and the dog. Areas: Upper Floor 5 bedroom 3-1/2 baths with Art studio over Garage and basement Den with a separate Game room. Bedrooms include a Master suite with a private deck. Main Floor On the main floor the Kitchen is open to a large Dining area with three sets of double doors to a large Deck. Also on the main floor are a formal Living Room and a Family Media room separated by hubbys “Scotch Cubby”. Size before: 3717 square feet Size after: 5481 square feet |
