A.D.U. – Garage Conversion The Project: Originally slated as an Accessory Dwelling Unit the homeowner decided that he wanted a place to get his wood shop out of the basement. The original garage was a “knock down” but there were some minor salvageable elements and the location on the lot was perfect. An addition with styling to match the main house and exposed beam vaulted ceiling inside made for a dramatic conversion. This is a perfect getaway for any artist or craftsman and will convert easily to an A.D.U. in the future. Size: 12’ x 22’ existing with a 14’ x 6’ addition – 348 square feet total |
